Description
OVERVIEW PRODUCT GRADES/CODES Terrafix W32 is a flexible wall tile adhesive with excellent non-slump and extended open time characteristics. Terrafix W32 complies with the requirements as per EN12004 and passes all tests required for C2TE S1 classified adhesives. Terrafix W32 is suitable for interior and exterior walls for use on all types of masonry substrates such as sands/cement render, precast concrete, gypsum board, etc. Terrafix W32 is both hydraulically and organically bound, guaranteeing excellent adhesion of the tile to the surface.

AREAS OF USE
Fixing ceramic and stone on existing tiled surfaces, fixing tiling onto surface waterproofed with Terraco Weathercoat where an extended open time is required.
PREPARATION OF SURFACE
Ensure that the surface to be covered is clean and free of foreign matter. Absorbent and porous substrate should be wetted thoroughly with water prior to the application of Terrafix W32. Dusting surfaces should be treated with a penetrating primer.
MIXING
Add about 5,75- 6,25 litres of water to 25kg of Terrafix W32 and mix thoroughly to a thick and creamy consistency for 3-5 minutes with a high speed mixer. Let it stand for 5 minutes, remix and use.
APPLICATION & CLEANING OF TOOLS Apply Terrafix W32 in a layer approximately 3mm thick to the surface with the smooth side of a notched trowel. Pull the trowel through the applied layer with the notched edge. Push the tiles into place so that full adhesion is obtained. Fix tiles before the adhesive has surface dried. Plan work accordingly. Prepared material must be used within 1 hour. Clean tools and equipment with water after use.
SPACING OF JOINTS
To ensure even spacing, tile spacers of the required thickness are recommended.

EXPANSION JOINTS Expansion joints, when necessary, should be incorporated in the design stage.

PACKAGING & STORAGE
Terrafix W32 is supplied in 25kg craft bags. Store containers in a clean dry area protected from direct sunlight and extreme heat and cold. Unopened containers can be stored for 12 months. Use oldest material first.
