Terraco Terrafix W22 – C2TE High-Strength Flexible Tile Adhesive

Terrafix W22 is a cement-based tile adhesive with added polymer binders, classified C2TE to EN 12004. It is non-slump, has an extended open time and suits interior and exterior walls.

Where to use

• Ceramic, stone and mosaic tiles
• Sand/cement render, precast concrete and gypsum board
• Cement fibre boards and sound painted walls
• Interior and exterior walls where a long open time helps

• Tensile adhesion >1.0 N/mm², also after heat ageing, water immersion and freeze/thaw

How to apply

1. Make sure the surface is clean. Wet absorbent surfaces thoroughly. Treat dusting surfaces with Terraco Terrabond A diluted 1:5 with water.
2. Mix with 26–28% clean water by weight (5.2–5.6 L per 20kg) for 3–5 minutes to a thick, creamy paste. Leave for 5 minutes, then remix.
3. Spread about 3mm with the smooth side of a notched trowel, then comb with the notched edge.
4. Press tiles firmly into place before the adhesive skins over. Use tile spacers for even joints.
5. Use mixed adhesive within 1 hour. Grout after 24 hours.

Clean tools with water after use.

Packaging & storage

25kg bag. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and frost. Shelf life 12 months unopened.
