Terraco Handycoat Lite Exterior – Lightweight Ready-Mixed Filler
Handycoat Lite Exterior (also sold as Handycoat Exterior Lite) is a ready-to-use acrylic filler for repairing and smoothing exterior and interior surfaces before painting. It weighs up to 30% less than conventional fillers, so it is easier to apply and sand.
Where to use
- Hairline cracks in walls, ceilings and soffits
- Damaged plasterwork and paintwork
- Holes and defects in woodwork
- Making good exposed concrete
It bonds well to cementitious surfaces, gypsum, gypsum boards, Sprayplaster and wood.

How to apply
- Brush away dust and dirt; remove ridges and form oil. Wash old painted surfaces with a soda solution, rinse and let dry.
- Prime dusty or flaking surfaces with a penetrating primer.
- Apply in thin, even layers. Build thicker repairs in several layers, letting each one dry.
- Lightly sand the dry surface, preferably within 24 hours, then paint.
Clean tools with water after use.

Packaging & storage
18kg pail. Store in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and frost. Shelf life 12 months unopened.
