Description
S4Proof BP 31 is a high-performance, two-component, bitumen-polyurethane-based waterproofing material. It is formulated to provide excellent adhesion and flexibility, ensuring long-lasting water resistance. This liquid waterproofing product is ideal for horizontal and vertical surfaces, including foundations, retaining walls, balconies, terraces, and roof surfaces exposed to rainwater, thermal shocks, and other harsh conditions. It is fast curing, resistant to various chemicals, and can be applied with a roller, trowel, or airless sprayer for a seamless, durable waterproof layer.

🛠️ Application Instructions:
- Ensure that the surface is dry, clean, and free from oil, grease, or other contaminants.
- Mix the two components (A and B) using a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is achieved (at least 3 minutes).
- Apply S4Proof BP 31 with a roller, brush, or airless sprayer, ensuring that the surface is fully covered with a non-porous coat.
- For larger applications, apply multiple coats, allowing at least 4 hours of drying time between each coat.
- If more than 24 hours have passed between coats, roughen the surface with a grinder before reapplying the product.
⚠️ Warnings:
- Do not apply in temperatures below +5°C or above +30°C.
- Avoid applying in rainy or windy conditions.
- Ensure proper surface preparation before application.
- Do not apply on wet, high-humidity, or frozen surfaces.
🧽 Cleaning & Storage:
- Clean tools with soapy water immediately after use.
- Store the product in a cool, dry area, protected from frost, between +10°C and +30°C.
- Shelf life: 12 months when stored properly in original packaging.
