S4Proof BT 50 is a high-performance, waterborne, single-component liquid waterproofing material based on modified bitumen and rubber. Designed for both horizontal and vertical surfaces, it forms a seamless, flexible layer that offers excellent water resistance. It is especially effective in preventing water penetration in foundations, retaining walls, terraces, and balconies. With superior crack-bridging capabilities, it maintains flexibility and protects surfaces exposed to water pressure, rain, snow, and UV degradation.

🛠️ Application Instructions:
- Ensure the surface is clean, smooth, and solid, free from dust, dirt, and loose materials.
- Mix the product thoroughly before use. No additional thinning or mixing is required.
- Apply with a roller, brush, or airless spray system to achieve full coverage.
- Apply at least two coats of waterproofing, ensuring a uniform, non-porous layer.
- Allow the first coat to dry for 4-6 hours before applying the second coat.
- For large-scale applications, use the ExperBrace RM 12 waterproofing mesh between layers for added reinforcement.
⚠️ Warnings:
- Do not apply in weather conditions below +5°C or above +35°C, or during rainy or windy conditions.
- Ensure the surface is dry before application and avoid applying on frozen or high humidity surfaces.
- Protect the freshly applied surface from rain and moisture until fully dry (24-48 hours).
🧽 Cleaning & Storage:
- Clean tools with soapy water immediately after use. Cured material can be cleaned with a solvent.
- Store the product in a cool, dry area, away from frost, between +10°C and +30°C.
- Shelf life is 12 months when stored under recommended conditions.

- Wear protective gloves, goggles, and appropriate clothing during application.
- Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Rinse with water in case of contact.
