Description
S4Therm SR 12 is a high-performance, cement-based render for thermal insulation boards, containing polymer and pumice additives. This product provides excellent thermal, sound, and fire insulation with high bonding strength, making it suitable for interior facades and various insulation applications on mineral-based surfaces such as pumice blocks, gas concrete, and exposed concrete.

🛠️ Application Instructions:
- Ensure the surface is clean, smooth, and solid
- Mix with clean water until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
- Apply with a steel trowel or machine to achieve the desired thickness
- Ensure the first coat has set before applying the second coat
⚠️ Warnings:
- Do not apply in weather conditions below +5°C or above +30°C
- Avoid application on wet or frozen surfaces
- Wait 24–72 hours before applying the second coat, depending on weather conditions
🧽 Cleaning & Storage:
- Clean tools with water immediately after use
- Store in a dry, moisture-free area, unopened, for up to 12 months
