S4Therm TR 10 is a high-performance, cement-based insulation render containing polymer and pumice additives. It provides thermal, sound, and fire insulation with excellent bonding strength, making it an ideal solution for external facades and other building applications that require enhanced protection against temperature fluctuations and moisture buildup.

🛠️ Application Instructions:
- The surface must be clean, smooth, and solid
- Dust, dirt, and contaminants should be removed before application
- Mix the product with clean water until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
- Apply with a trowel or machine, ensuring an even layer
- Allow the product to rest for approximately 10 minutes before applying the second coat
⚠️ Warnings:
- Do not apply in weather conditions below +5°C or above +30°C
- Avoid application on wet, high humidity, or frozen surfaces
- Wait 2–3 days before applying the topcoat after the application
🧽 Cleaning & Storage:
- Clean tools with solvent immediately after use
- Store in a dry, moisture-free area, unopened, for up to 12 months
