Description
S4Repair SM 12 is a high-performance, cement-based structural repair mortar that is polymer and fiber-enhanced. This non-shrinkage, thixotropic mortar offers excellent bonding strength and high compressive strength, making it ideal for structural repair and bonding applications. It is resistant to water, frost, and impacts, ensuring long-lasting durability in both interior and exterior applications.

🛠️ Application Instructions:
- Ensure the surface is clean, smooth, and solid
- Mix the product with clean water until a homogeneous mixture is achieved
- Apply with a trowel to the surface
- If necessary, apply a second coat in the same manner
- The thickness should be a maximum of 10 mm for surface smoothing and 40 mm for chamfer applications
- Moisturize the surface for 2-3 days after application
⚠️ Warnings:
- Do not apply in weather conditions below +5°C or above +30°C
- Avoid application on frozen, melting, or surfaces at risk of rain or frost within 24 hours
- Do not apply on surfaces such as stone, gas concrete, plaster, or old painted surfaces
🧽 Cleaning & Storage:
- Clean tools with solvent immediately after use
- Store in a dry, moisture-free area, unopened, for up to 12 months
