Description
S4Repair EG 21 is a high-performance, two-component, epoxy-based, solvent-free, thixotropic repair, anchoring, and mounting mortar. It is designed for structural repairs, anchoring, and bonding applications on concrete, masonry, ceramics, metals, and stones. With excellent bonding strength, superior chemical resistance, and high durability, it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, even in harsh environments where high chemical resistance is required. The mortar provides exceptional protection against water, oils, and various acids and alkalis.

🛠️ Application Instructions:
- Mix the two components (A and B) with a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained (approximately 3 minutes).
- Apply the mixture using a trowel or spatula to the surface.
- The maximum thickness for a single coat is 30 mm.
- If the primer is applied before, ensure mortar application is completed before the primer dries.
⚠️ Warnings:
- Do not apply in weather conditions below +10°C or above +30°C.
- Avoid application on surfaces that are wet, frozen, or at risk of freezing within 24 hours after application.
- Do not add solvents or thinners to the mixture during application.
- Curing times may vary depending on ambient conditions, so the working time may increase or decrease.
🧽 Cleaning & Storage:
- Clean tools with solvent immediately after use.
- Store in a dry, moisture-free environment, and protect from frost. Shelf life is up to 12 months.
