Description
S4Proof BT 51 is a high-performance, two-component, waterborne waterproofing material based on modified bitumen-rubber and cement-based components. It provides superior crack-bridging capabilities and high flexibility, making it ideal for both horizontal and vertical surfaces. This product is especially suitable for foundations, retaining walls, terraces, balconies, and other surfaces exposed to water. It forms a seamless, jointless waterproof layer and offers excellent protection against water penetration, rain, snow, and UV degradation.

🛠️ Application Instructions:
- Ensure the surface is clean, smooth, and solid, free from dust, dirt, and loose materials.
- Mix Components A and B until homogeneous using a low-speed mixer (approx. 3 minutes).
- Apply with a roller, brush, trowel, or airless spray to the surface, ensuring full coverage.
- Apply at least two coats of waterproofing, allowing 4-6 hours between coats for proper curing.
- For large-scale applications, use the ExperBrace RM 12 waterproofing mesh between layers for added reinforcement.
⚠️ Warnings:
- Do not apply in weather conditions below +5°C or above +35°C.
- Ensure the surface is dry before application and avoid applying on frozen or high-humidity surfaces.
- Protect the freshly applied surface from rain, snow, or moisture until completely dry (24-48 hours).
🧽 Cleaning & Storage:
- Clean tools with soapy water immediately after use. Cured material can only be removed with a solvent.
- Store in a cool, dry environment, away from frost, between +10°C and +30°C.
- Shelf life is 12 months when stored under proper conditions in original packaging.
