S4Proof BT 41 is a high-performance, two-component waterproofing material made from modified bitumen-rubber and cement-based, waterborne components. This product is designed to provide excellent crack-bridging capabilities, high flexibility, and strong adhesion to both horizontal and vertical surfaces. It is ideal for use in waterproofing foundations, retaining walls, terraces, balconies, and other surfaces exposed to water, ensuring long-lasting protection against water penetration, especially in high-traffic or water-exposed areas. Its unique formulation makes it resistant to thermal expansion and contraction, providing optimal protection in varying environmental conditions.

🛠️ Application Instructions:
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, and grease.
- Mix Component A and Component B using a low-speed mixer until homogeneous.
- Apply the mixture to the surface with a roller, brush, or airless spray, ensuring complete coverage.
- Apply at least two coats, allowing 4-6 hours between each layer for proper drying.
- Use ExperBrace RM 12 waterproofing mesh for enhanced reinforcement between coats, especially for large areas.
⚠️ Warnings:
- Do not apply in weather conditions below +5°C or above +35°C, or during rainy and/or windy weather.
- Do not apply on wet, frozen, or surfaces at risk of freezing within 24 hours.
- Ensure the surface is adequately protected from rain, snow, or moisture until fully dry.
- Do not add water or any other substance to the product during mixing or application.
🧽 Cleaning & Storage:
- Clean tools with water immediately after use.
- Store in its original packaging in a dry, cool environment between +10°C and +30°C. Avoid storing in areas exposed to frost or direct sunlight.
- Shelf life is 12 months under proper storage conditions.

- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves and goggles, during application.
- Avoid direct contact with the product. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice.
