S4Proof AC 50 is a high-performance, single-component waterproofing material made from elastomeric resins. It forms a flexible, non-porous layer that offers exceptional water resistance. This product is ideal for waterproofing surfaces such as flat roofs, terraces, balconies, basement walls, and foundations. Its high elasticity ensures that it maintains water resistance even in challenging conditions, such as high winds and heavy rainfall. It can be used on mineral-based surfaces as well as on metal surfaces like zinc and aluminum. The product can be applied with a roller, brush, or airless spray, and is especially effective in areas exposed to water pressure or foot traffic.

🛠️ Application Instructions:
- The surface must be clean, dry, and free from contaminants like dust, grease, and oil.
- If the surface is damaged or unstable, repair with the appropriate ExperRepair product.
- Ensure the temperature during application is between +10°C and +35°C.
- Apply S4Proof AC 50 with a brush, roller, or airless spray machine.
- Apply at least two coats, with each coat being perpendicular to the previous one.
- Allow a 6-hour waiting time between coats.
- If waterproofing walkable roofs or areas under water pressure, use ExperBrace RM 12 sealing mesh between coats for additional support.
⚠️ Warnings:
- Do not apply in weather conditions below +5°C or above +35°C, or in rainy or windy weather.
- Do not apply on wet, high humidity, or frozen surfaces, or surfaces at risk of freezing within 24 hours.
- Ensure the surface is protected from water, rain, dew, snow, or hail until the product is completely dry.
- S4Proof AC 50 is not suitable for application against negative directional water pressure.
- Not recommended for use in water tanks or swimming pools under constant water pressure.
🧽 Cleaning & Storage:
- Clean tools with soapy water immediately after use.
- Store the product in a dry, cool place, protected from frost, between +10°C and +30°C.
- Shelf life is 12 months from the production date when stored properly.

- Wear protective clothing, gloves, and masks during application.
- Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Rinse immediately with water in case of contact.
- Keep out of reach of children.
