S4Floor SL 13 is a cement-based, self-leveling floor screed designed to create a smooth and durable surface for subsequent floor coverings such as carpets, tiles, parquet, and more. This product is suitable for use on both horizontal and vertical surfaces and can be applied in thicknesses ranging from 1 mm to 10 mm. It is ideal for use in high-traffic areas, including homes, shops, hospitals, and schools. S4Floor SL 13 offers excellent adhesion and resistance to abrasion, providing a durable surface that does not crack or swell. It is also suitable for use with underfloor heating systems.

🛠️ Application Instructions:
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, grease, and other contaminants that may reduce adhesion.
- If using in areas with moisture content exceeding 4%, use a moisture barrier primer first.
- Mix the product by adding 5.75-6.25 liters of clean water to 25 kg of powder and mix with a low-speed mixer for 3-5 minutes until a homogeneous, lump-free mixture is achieved.
- Allow the mixture to rest for 1-2 minutes before remixing for 30 seconds.
- Apply the mixture within 30 minutes of preparation. The product can be applied by hand or using a floor machine.
- Once applied, use a spiked roller to remove air bubbles and to ensure the product spreads evenly.
⚠️ Warnings:
- Do not apply in temperatures below +5°C or above +30°C, or in rainy or windy conditions.
- Do not apply on surfaces that are wet, frozen, or have moisture content exceeding 4%.
- After application, do not apply floor coverings until the screed has cured fully, which is approximately 3 days.
🧽 Cleaning & Storage:
- Clean tools with water immediately after use. Cured material can only be removed by mechanical means.
- Store in a cool, dry area, protected from frost and extreme temperatures. Shelf life is 12 months when stored correctly.
🧯 Safety:
- Wear appropriate protective clothing, gloves, and masks during application.
- Avoid eye, mouth, and skin contact. In case of contact, wash with plenty of water.
