S4Proof BT 40 is a high-performance, single-component, waterborne waterproofing material made from modified bitumen-rubber. It is designed to provide superior flexibility and crack-bridging capabilities, making it an ideal solution for both horizontal and vertical surfaces. The product is especially suitable for foundations, retaining walls, terraces, balconies, and waterproofing applications in areas exposed to water pressure, including foundations subjected to ground dampness and unpressurized groundwater. S4Proof BT 40 forms a seamless, jointless waterproof layer that maintains elasticity and adheres well to concrete, plaster, and other mineral-based surfaces.

🛠️ Application Instructions:
- The surface must be clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, oil, and other contaminants.
- If the surface is concrete, ensure it is fully cured and that the moisture content does not exceed 4%.
- Mix the product before use and apply using a roller, brush, or airless spray machine.
- Apply at least two coats, ensuring complete coverage and forming a non-porous coat.
- Allow a 4-6 hour waiting period between layers to ensure proper adhesion and curing.
- For large areas, it is recommended to use a waterproofing mesh between layers for enhanced reinforcement.
⚠️ Warnings:
- Do not apply in weather conditions below +5°C or above +35°C.
- Do not apply on wet, frozen surfaces or surfaces at risk of freezing within 24 hours.
- Ensure that the applied surface is protected from rain, snow, or water until it is completely dry.
- In foundation curtain wall waterproofing applications, avoid soil filling without protection after the application.
🧽 Cleaning & Storage:
- Clean tools with soapy water immediately after use.
- Store the product in a dry, moisture-free area, protected from frost, between +10°C and +30°C.
- Shelf life is 12 months when stored properly in its original packaging.

- Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Rinse immediately with plenty of water if contact occurs.
