S4Proof SS 80 is a silica-silicate-based, waterborne, UV-resistant, and colorless liquid that acts as a water repellent and surface protector. It is ideal for use on both absorbent and less absorbent surfaces, such as concrete, brick, marble, granite, plaster, and natural stone. S4Proof SS 80 penetrates deeply into the surface, forming an invisible barrier that repels water while maintaining the breathability of the material. This makes it ideal for exterior applications in areas exposed to climatic conditions like balconies, terraces, and facades, as well as in wet areas like bathrooms and kitchens.

🛠️ Application Instructions:
- Ensure the application surface is dry, clean, and free from dust, dirt, rust, paint, oil, and other contaminants that may reduce adhesion.
- If the surface is concrete, ensure that the concrete is cured and the moisture content does not exceed 4%.
- Shake the product well before use.
- Apply S4Proof SS 80 using a roller, brush, or airless spray machine.
- For less absorbent surfaces, a single coat is sufficient. For highly absorbent surfaces, apply two coats with a maximum waiting time of 4 hours between coats.
- Ensure that the material does not spill onto surfaces that should not be treated.
⚠️ Warnings:
- Do not apply in temperatures below +5°C or above +35°C.
- Avoid application on wet, high-humidity, frozen surfaces, or surfaces at risk of freezing within 24 hours.
- Ensure that the product is not exposed to rain or excessive moisture during the curing period.
🧽 Cleaning & Storage:
- Clean equipment with soapy water immediately after use.
- Store the product in its original, unopened packaging, in a dry environment, protected from frost, between +10°C and +30°C.
- Shelf life under appropriate storage conditions is 12 months from the date of production.

- Wear protective clothing, gloves, and masks during application.
- Avoid eye, mouth, and skin contact. In case of contact, wash the affected area with plenty of water.
