S4Proof CC 70 is a high-performance, cement-based, single-component waterproofing material that works through crystallization. It is designed for both positive and negative hydrostatic pressure applications. By penetrating into the concrete and forming insoluble minerals in capillary spaces, it effectively blocks water pathways, providing long-lasting water resistance. This product is ideal for waterproofing foundations, basement walls, retaining walls, and other concrete structures exposed to water pressure. S4Proof CC 70 is easy to apply and can be used on both new and old concrete surfaces.

🛠️ Application Instructions:
- Ensure the surface is clean, smooth, and solid, and free from dust, oil, grease, and other contaminants.
- Mix 7-7.5 liters of water per 25 kg of powder until a smooth, lump-free mixture is obtained.
- Allow the mixture to rest for 3-5 minutes and then remix for 30 seconds before use.
- Apply the mixed material in at least 2 coats with a brush or trowel. Each layer should be applied perpendicular to the previous layer.
- Allow at least 6-12 hours drying time between coats.
- If more than 12 hours pass between coats, re-moisten the surface before applying the next layer.
⚠️ Warnings:
- Do not apply in temperatures below +5°C or above +30°C.
- Avoid applying during rainy or windy weather conditions, or in areas at risk of freezing.
- Ensure the surface is free from moisture before application.
- Not suitable for use on surfaces such as wood, metal, fiberboard, or plaster.
🧽 Cleaning & Storage:
- Clean tools immediately after use with clean water.
- Store in its original packaging in a dry, cool, and frost-free environment.
- Shelf life is 12 months when stored under appropriate conditions.
