S4Proof CA 62 is a cement and acrylic-based, two-component waterproofing material designed to offer superior flexibility and crack-bridging properties. This product is ideal for both positive water pressure and areas exposed to environmental factors such as freeze-thaw cycles and UV degradation. It forms a seamless waterproofing membrane that adheres strongly to concrete surfaces, providing long-lasting protection against water infiltration. S4Proof CA 62 is suitable for use on horizontal and vertical surfaces, including foundations, terraces, and basements. It is water vapor permeable, allowing the concrete to breathe while ensuring maximum protection from water penetration.

🛠️ Application Instructions:
- Ensure the surface is clean, smooth, and free of contaminants like dust, oil, and grease.
- Mix Component A and Component B with a low-speed mixer until homogeneous (approximately 3 minutes).
- Apply with a roller, brush, trowel, or airless spray to the surface, ensuring full coverage and a uniform, non-porous coat.
- Apply at least two coats, with a drying time of 4-6 hours between layers.
- If necessary, use ExperBrace RM 12 Waterproofing Mesh between layers for enhanced reinforcement, especially for large areas.
⚠️ Warnings:
- Do not apply in temperatures below +5°C or above +30°C.
- Ensure proper curing time between layers and avoid applying on frozen or high-humidity surfaces.
- Protect the applied surface from rain, snow, or moisture until completely dry (24-48 hours).
🧽 Cleaning & Storage:
- Clean tools with soapy water immediately after use. Cured material can only be removed with a solvent.
- Store in a dry, cool area, protected from frost, between +5°C and +30°C.
- Shelf life is 12 months when stored properly in its original packaging.
