Description
S4Proof CA 61 is a cement and acrylic-based, two-component waterproofing material that provides excellent adhesion and flexibility. It is specifically designed to offer superior crack-bridging properties and resistance to both positive and negative water pressure. This product is perfect for use on both horizontal and vertical surfaces, making it suitable for foundations, retaining walls, basements, terraces, and other surfaces exposed to water. It is ideal for waterproofing applications in high-moisture environments, including areas exposed to water pressure, and it ensures long-lasting protection against water penetration and environmental factors.
✅ Advantages:
- Forms a fully elastic, crack-bridging waterproof membrane
- High adhesion and excellent bonding to a variety of surfaces
- Non-toxic, suitable for use in water tanks
- Flexible and durable, maintains elasticity over time
- Water vapor permeable, allows the concrete to breathe
- Resistant to thermal shocks and environmental conditions
- Ideal for both interior and exterior applications
- Protects against the damaging effects of water, including freeze-thaw cycles
📌 Application Areas:
- Interior and exterior surfaces
- Horizontal and vertical applications
- Waterproofing foundations, retaining walls, basements, and curtain walls
- Waterproofing terraces, balconies, and other exposed concrete surfaces
- Waterproofing areas under ceramic or stone coverings
- Waterproofing of wet areas such as swimming pools, kitchens, and bathrooms

🛠️ Application Instructions:
- Ensure the surface is clean, smooth, and free from contaminants such as dust, oil, and grease.
- Mix Component A and Component B with a low-speed mixer until homogeneous (approximately 3 minutes).
- Allow the mixture to rest for 2-3 minutes before application.
- Apply the mixture in at least two coats, using a brush, roller, or trowel.
- Allow 6-12 hours of drying time between each coat.
- If necessary, use ExperBrace RM 12 Waterproofing Mesh between layers for added reinforcement.
⚠️ Warnings:
- Do not apply in temperatures below +5°C or above +30°C, or during rainy and/or windy conditions.
- Ensure the surface is dry before application and avoid applying on frozen or high-humidity surfaces.
- Protect the freshly applied surface from rain, snow, or moisture until completely dry.
