Description
S4Proof CA 60 is a two-component, cement and acrylic-based waterproofing product designed to create a flexible, highly adhesive waterproof membrane. This material offers superior crack-bridging properties and resistance to both positive and negative water pressure, making it ideal for a wide range of applications. It is suitable for use in foundations, retaining walls, basements, terraces, balconies, and other surfaces exposed to water. The product is also resistant to sulphates, chlorine, and soil chemicals, protecting concrete surfaces from carbonation and chloride.

🛠️ Application Instructions:
- Ensure the surface is clean, smooth, and solid. Remove any contaminants such as dust, dirt, oil, or grease.
- Mix 15 kg of Component B (liquid) with 15 kg of Component A (powder) using a low-speed mixer (400-600 rpm) until a homogeneous and lump-free mixture is obtained.
- Let the mixture rest for 2-3 minutes and mix again for a short while before application.
- Apply the mixture in at least two coats using a brush, roller brush, or trowel, with each layer applied perpendicular to the previous one.
- Ensure a minimum of 6-12 hours of drying time between coats.
- Use ExperBrace RM 12 Waterproofing Mesh between coats for added reinforcement, particularly in large surface areas.
⚠️ Warnings:
- Do not apply in temperatures below +5°C or above +30°C, or in rainy and/or windy conditions.
- Ensure proper curing between layers and avoid applying on surfaces that are frozen or at risk of freezing.
🧽 Cleaning & Storage:
- Clean tools with clean water immediately after use. Cured material can only be cleaned with mechanical means.
- Store the product in a dry, cool place, and ensure that the packaging is intact to avoid contamination. Protect the product from frost.
- Shelf life is 12 months when stored in appropriate conditions.

- Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention if necessary.
